2024 Trash Pickup Schedule

Monday & Thursday

If Monday is a holiday, trash will be picked up on Tuesday

If Thursday is a holiday, trash will be picked on Friday

 

Meetings

Co-Op Board of Directors meetings are held at 6:00PM on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. The annual budget meeting is generally in November and the Annual Election meeting is in February.

HOA residents meeting which is the 1st Wednesday of January, April, July & October at 7pm.

HOA BOD meetings which are the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 4pm.

Men's Club meetings are held at 9:00 am the 1st Tuesday of the month's of October thru April in the clubhouse.

Social Committee meetings are held at 10:00  am on the second Tuesday of the month's of September thru April in the clubhouse.

 

ATTENTION: For the convenience of our residents who do not have Direct Debit you will receive a Coupon Book. Checks are to be made payable to Paradise Island Co-Op and mailed, along with the corresponding coupon, directly to:

You can establish an automatic debit account so that your monthly payment can be withdrawn from your account on the fifth (5th) of each month.  If you would like to use the form of payment mentioned here, please contact the office for the proper form or refer to the Resident Information/Document page. The form then gets sent to the address below. Also, you can transfer directly from your checking account through your financial institution.

LATE FEES: An automatic $25 dollar late fee will apply on the tenth (10th) day of the month.
To All Residents Maintenance and/or rent monies must be received in time to be posted by the 10th of the month (note: ACH Direct Debits take place on the 5th of each month).  If not posted by that date. an automatic $25 late fee will be applied IMMEDIATELY on the tenth (10th) of each month and must be included in your rent for that month.
