Co-Op MANAGEMENT
The Paradise Island Co-Op, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization of
owners formed for the purpose of maintaining the community at large.
Community leadership is comprised of the Board of Directors and
management. All residents can participate in various committees. These
committees help shape the future of Paradise Island.

The Co-Op was formed when the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions
and Restrictions were recorded. You became a member of the Co-Op
the day you closed on your new home and share.

Paradise Island provides
community leadership, architectural control, covenant enforcement,
community events, accounting and finance, operation and maintenance
of recreation facilities.

Architectural Review
The Architectural Review Board
(ARB) exists so that Paradise Island can remain a special place to live. Anyone wishing to make external changes to their property or home must meet the
Co-Op requirements for modifications and submit an application before initiating work.
- Read the Design Guidelines
The Design Guidelines, as well as other legally binding documents, are provided to homeowners prior to closing on a home. Please read the guidelines and application requirements carefully before submitting your application.
- Submit an Application
Submit the request form applicable above along with any other required documentation to the management office. Please allow the allotted time period for your application to be reviewed. Incomplete information only delays your project.
- ARB Review
The Board and management will review your application and perform any site inspections outlined in the Co-Op documents. You will be contacted if the ARB has questions or if there are problems with your request. Note - the ARB enforces community guidelines but it is up to you to make sure you meet local permit requirements.
- Approval or Rejection
You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your request. If you have questions about the disposition, please contact the community manager.
